From 1st October 2014 it was a legal requirement for all Lettings and Property Managment Agents to be members of a government authorised consumer redress scheme. 

In order to clarify some questions you may have, the Property Redress Scheme will be conducting a Question and Answer session through Twitter on Monday 27th October between 12.30pm-14.00pm. Please feel free to send us your questions @PropertyRedress.
