PRS Working with Rent4sure to Improve Standards

The Property Redress Scheme (PRS) are pleased to announce they are working with market leading tenant referencing and letting agent service provider Rent4sure to help improve standards in the industry.

Rent4sure is undertaking a review of its current user base to check which redress scheme the agent has joined. They are also profiling their agents to check whether they are a member of a trade body and which tenancy deposit protection scheme they use.

By undertaking this research they can then advise their users to comply with their legal requirements if they have not already done so.

In return the PRS will offer a discount on membership for Rent4sure registered agents.
