Paul Shamplina has spent over 25 years in the legal field, helping landlords with problem tenants. This wealth of experience led Paul to the formation of Landlord Action in 1999 to help landlords and letting agents, bringing his property recovery and tenant eviction skills to the market. Though this Paul has earned a reputation as ‘The Landlord’s Friend’ and has since written a namesake book with fellow property expert Kate Faulkner.

With his genial personality and extensive knowledge, Paul has become a frequent TV personality in the world of buy-to-let. He has appeared in numerous programmes on BBC One, ITV, Channel 4, and most recently, Channel 5’s hit series ‘Nightmare Tenants, Slum Landlords’ and is currently filming for the third series and the first episode is on Sunday 5th March 2017. On radio, he has featured on Radio 5 Live, Radio 2, Radio 4 and has also co-hosted the ‘The Property Hour’ with Clive Bull on LBC Radio.

Paul also sits on the PRS Advisory Council and has actively campaigned for client money protection to be made mandatory for letting agents.

Now with the recent announcement by the government that letting agents are to be banned from charging admin fees to tenants, there’s never been a more important time to win more landlord instructions and upsell your full management services. Paul will help to show you how!
