Paul Shamplina, the renowned buy-to-let expert, is joining forces with industry specialist Hamilton Fraser. Paul, who is well known throughout the industry as the founder of Landlord Action, has become a household name as a frequent contributor to the Channel 5 programme ‘Nightmare Tenants, Slum Landlords’. In the show, he helps landlords who struggle with evictions and supports them throughout the process of repossessing their property. He also regularly appears on LBC radio.

 

Hamilton Fraser have over 20 years’ experience and are behind some of the private rented sector’s most well-known brands including the tenancy deposit protection scheme mydeposits, the Property Redress Scheme and Client Money Protect. In 2016, Hamilton Fraser was named in the Leap 100 as one of the most exciting and fastest-growing companies in the UK.

 

Having worked closely with Hamilton Fraser as a member of the Property Redress Scheme’s advisory council, Paul says

Paul will host a series of monthly podcasts with practical tips for landlords and letting agents on how to better manage the renting process and will also be on hand at industry events. He will also host monthly workshops for Hamilton Fraser staff to help hone the team’s skills, boost their knowledge of the private rented sector and offer an outstanding service to all clients.
