This year we have made the decision to separate out the Terms of Reference and Conditions of Complaints into two documents. The Conditions of Complaints is a document that sets out how we deal with complaints that are raised with us. It is a document which both our Members and their consumers agree to abide by in relation to complaints raised.

This list contains details of all those Property Redress Scheme members that have been expelled from the scheme due to non-compliance with a decision made by the Head of Redress and failing to adhere to our terms of reference.
